firefox+gae+apjp problem?

Hi,I recently install apjp in my winxp system,it could be connected to GAE successfully,but it's wired that once i try to use firefox to openup www.google.com or any other similar web page ,it returned: can't find the server.but i could use it to watch youtube movie with out anyproblem.what 's the reason for that?
