Hi,

I have an issue where I cannot get IFTTT to run the Evaluation trigger - the link itself works perfectly when I click on it manually and it carries out the relevant IFTTT actions.

The problem is when I create a new recipe to fire the evaluation trigger. I have created a Push button (to test it) and I have set-up the Action as a Webhooks applet as follows:-

Make a web request
Method: GET
Content Type: Nothing selected, e.g. is says "Please Select"
Body: Empty
Ingredients: None

When I try to run this the IFTTT activity simply says "Applet failed", yet all other Webhooks applets are working fine.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong, as I say when I select the URL above manually it works perfectly?

Thanks!

Hi,

I can't find anything suspicious in the logs.
Of course I don't know what happens internally at IFTTT, so I only see requests that actually make it to Apilio.
Does it work if you try to set a variable?

Cheers
Philipp

Hi Phillipp,

Thanks for coming back to me.

How (and where) would I go about using variables (sorry a bit new to this)?

It is odd as all my other webhook events are working, even the ones to change the string variables within apilio.

Thanks!

Do you still experience the issue?
