How to generate document for similar name classes inside different name folders

Hi,

I am using Codeigniter MVC for my application. Where I need to use same name class file inside different name folders. I had to use this pattern to keep old code with new version of API classes.

APIGEN unable to create documents for those same name classes.

Kindly help me how to generate documents for them.
