Searching for functions and descriptions

Hi.

I am using apiGen for generating a documentation to my cakePHP app. 

It works great, but when I try to use the search - I can only search for class names. When I try to search by method name - I cannot find anything.

Is it possible to make it works?

the api file is saved in my local computer so using Google CSE is not relevant for me.
