Waggle Dance 3.1.2 Release

Dear Waggle Dance users,

We are pleased to announce the release of Waggle Dance 3.1.2.

Waggle Dance 3.1.2 fixes a bug where a query to a proxied metastore running an older version of Hive (e.g. 1.x) that causes an exception (e.g. a table not being found) might return a different kind of exception instead.
