Waggle Dance release 3.9.8 (Log4j-shell fix)

Dear Waggle Dance users,

 
Happy new year and apologies for the late announcement but at the end the year we’ve fixed the dependencies in Waggle Dance to use the latest log4j releases that fix the log4j shell vulnerabilities.

This is addressed Waggle Dance 3.9.8:
