[BAD] Twitter API does not respect API neutrality

Hi, here are the parts from Twitter API ToS (https://dev.twitter.com/terms/api-terms) that infringe API neutrality:

- Don't do anything prohibited by the Rules, but talk to us if you think we should make a change or give you an exception
- You will not attempt or encourage others to [...] sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or syndicate access to the Twitter API or Twitter Content to any third party without prior written approval from Twitter.


The mere fact of making distinctions between developers does not seem fair to me.

For Example this is really not respecting API neutrality ! After Linkedin, Instagram, now Tumblr !


Twitter API ToS seems to be worst and worst apllied to partners ! They are definitevely not neutral anymore since they want to have a consistent user experience....
