API-Hour reboot 2018

At ALLOcloud/Eyepea, we have planned to "reboot" API-Hour to be more adapted for our needs.

The main idea is to be easier to share source code between our different daemons.

The roadmap:

1. Transport independent
2. Shared resources via external libraries:
   1. Engines
   2. Middlewares
   3. Source code
3. Pipenv
4. Systemd workers

If you use API-Hour on production, don't hesitate to contact us.

Hi everybody,

The reboot is done, and the project has a new name, Pillars: https://github.com/Eyepea/pillars

Compare to the actual API-Hour, we have now a full SIP integration with aiosip and ARI support, the new protocol to interact with Asterisk.

Thanks a lot to Quentin Dawans who has taken the flag for the development and the maintenance of Pillars.

BTW, Quentin & me will be present at PyCON-FR 2018 at Lille: https://www.pycon.fr/2018/ In case of you want to discuss with us.

I take the opportunity to say a big thank to Nicolas Stein and Sylvain Francis, who help them a lot during the development of API-Hour and to increase my Python skills :-)

But it is the time now for me to give the flag for Quentin and have a normal & peaceful life with my children ;-)
