API design with healthcare domain

I am an business analyst and this is the first time i got a need for designing api plan for healthcare domain like patient demographics with BRD,user stories and data flow diagrams associated with it, while i know the knowledge but can i get a detailed dataflow diagram of how the flow is happening between systems and how and which apis are used herefor configuring,implementing,testing and integrating?
