Town of Basalt, ArcView in the Garden

Greetings from Basalt Colorado :)

 

I'm a horticulturist managing the public gardens and community forestry for the Town of Basalt. I manage our community forest using ArcView. I was curious if Arc View would be a suitable application to manage our sixty plus gardens. I've created a shapefile/map which is an excellent tool to organize all the attributes (plant id, location, life zone, ect.) of the gardens.

 

I'd love to talk with folks to see how they are using ArcView to mamage their public gardens.
