You can now view and download the complete screencast and audio recordings of the GIS for Public Gardens: Getting Started workshop from October 23, 2010.  Use the videos with the supplied exercise data to learn to download and install the ArcGIS Public Garden Data Model template, create and edit map features in ArcGIS, collect data in the garden using a mobile device, and create plant collection maps. The Alliance for Public Gardens GIS would like to thank the Center for Public Horticulture for making this valuable training resource available at no cost to the public garden community.
