For Charlie Crist Morgan and Morgan PLUS others:   My life partner Ruth DeLaMater Bundy, age 81 discovered immediately the West Tampa Elementary School 2700 West Cherry Street was super contaminated with TOXIC IRON through the installation of a backflow assembly made of BRASS using incoming and outgoing RISERS of Galvanized Piping which creates the Toxic Rust or Iron given to children and Adults inside the facility.  Her VIOLENT reaction on a specific Saturday afternoon was confirmed by me and her when exterior RP and fire line DCVA bypass were used for testing by the UF/TREEO Instructor Ken Waite.   Results and confirmation were given in e-mails to the County, City and many officials with pictures of TOXIC IRON/RUST problems with galvanized piping knowing full well the medical history of the Children and Adults working or visiting at this school plus DALE MABRY ELEMENTARY on Lois Avenue, who also have the same problem, was forwarded and everyone IGNORES THIS KILLER !   Further verification of County Ordinance 03-6 from 2003 and recent conversation with Inspector Robert McNeill from the City of Tampa CONFIRMING ALL ARE USING THE WRONG PLUMBING CODE REFERENCES and keeping a DISSIMILAR METAL KILLER INFECTING ALL IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA PLUS CITY OF TAMPA AND OTHER AREAS is now CONFIRMED and legal counsel from Morgan and Morgan are requested to INTERVENE IMMEDIATELY along with the State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit Court PLUS ELECTED OFFICIALS OF THE LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION AND CITY COUNCIL PLUS BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS who also were MISLED by your Inspectors on this DEADLY MATTER !   CITY OF TAMPA INSPECTOR  Robert McNeill called me on my cellular which was retrieved today and call back received a reference to the Florida Plumbing Code Section 605.24 Joints between different materials.   I am fully aware, as a State of Florida Certified Plumbing Contractor since 1984, that the Plumbing Codes EXIST and especially what happens with DISSIMILAR METALS, which in this reported incident are KILLING PEOPLE WITH TOXIC IRON and the iron level can only be determined by a SERUM FERRITIN TEST done by a medical doctor or through one of the HOME TESTS FOR TOXIC IRON LEVELS available.  The INSPECTOR is wrong as 605.24.1 refers to COPPER OR COPPER-ALLOY TUBING, 605.24.2 refers to PLATIC PIPE OR TUBING TO OTHER PIPING MATERIAL and 605.24.3 refers to STAINLESS STEEL.   Nothing says one can join different piping material WITHOUT A MECHANICAL JOINT OF THE COMPRESSION OR MECHANICAL-SEALING TYPE thus galvanized piping screwed into brass backflow assemblies or even brass shutoff's IS NOT RECOMMENDED NOR ALLOWED !      Basically the Hillsborough County Ordinance 03-6 Appendix B, written and approved for 2003 is ALSO KILLING PEOPLE ALLOWING GALVANIZED PIPING TO BE ATTACHED TO BRASS BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES AND BRASS SHUTOFF ITEMS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE WITH OR WITHOUT A DIELECTRIC UNION, WHICH IS USELESS IN RAIN.   Reported to those same OFFICIALS and INSPECTORS who rather than confirm with Medical Professionals THEY STILL ALLOW THE KILLING IRON CONTENT TO BE IN POTABLE DRINKING WATER OR IN WATER USED TO MAKE FOODS which also has specific areas reported like LSG SKY CHEFS and ALLESSI BAKING FACILITIES making food with TOXIC IRON !   Ruth STOPPED DRINKING THE WEST TAMPA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WATER INSIDE THE BUILDING and I was there to make sure she had other drinks including distilled water and SOFT DRINKS in the company vehicle to make available to her to finish her test for RECERTIFICATION WITH UF/TREEO.  Your WELL PAID City and County INSPECTORS ARE WRONG and the public is in danger far more than any of you realize.  CHECK IT OUT.  Remember it is a CRIMINAL ACT TO MISLEAD A MEMBER OF CONGRESS AND PERHAPS EVEN STATE LEGISLATURE/GOVERNOR/AG ! Ladies and Gentlemen:   A KILLER has been unleashed under color of law or authority discovered rampant in Hillsborough County, Florida and all Municipalities like the City of Tampa. Some 200,000 HOMES in subdivisions plus buildings including jails, prisons, government buildings and commercial buildings plus many many schools have been feeding toxic iron to students and staff or faculty because the City of Tampa and Board of County Commissioners made OFFICIAL documents allowing galvanized pipe to be directly connected to BRASS fittings or backflow assemblies which is creating super toxic rust or iron and passing same through potable hot and cold water lines killing people and damaging organs which will shut down without notice.   Ruth DeLaMater Bundy, an 82 year old female with Hemochromatosis and owner of Backflow Prevention, Inc. Discovered the TOXIC IRON killing people and being a State Certified Plumbing Contractor I confirmed City and County Inspectors plus those who wrote a 2003 Board of County Commissioners County Ordinance 03-6 Appendix B have caused hundreds of thousands of connections in potable water lines to become deadly to those who cook with or drink even the TOXIC IRON CONTAMINATED water.  Two elementary schools within several miles of my mailing address were observed to have toxic iron being created on potable water lines with dissimilar metals being the killer.   No City of Tampa or County Officials CALLED TO BE SHOWN THE TOXIC IRON NOR realized it would take only 5 minutes shutting down the water to both West Tampa Elementary School at 2700 West Cherry Street and Dale Mabry Elementary School with video recording of what is shown to convince County Health Department and Officials includeing the School Board that the toxic iron IS THERE AND BEING FED TO THE STUDENTS AND FACULTY PLUS VISITORS IN DRINK AND FOOD !  As a professional knowing what is happening to those children and adults I would DONATE MY 20 MINUTES WITHOUT CHARGE and even provide a white teeshirt or cloth to allow anyone present to confirm SUPER TOXIC RUST OR IRON inside the components being fed to the school.  NO CALLS except from a City Inspector trying to convince me a part of the plumbing code ALLOWED dissimilar metals to be connected which was WRONG and ALL OVER THIS COUNTY !   For the Doctor's who are the professionals and deal with the SERUM FERRITIN issues plus IRON OVERLOAD OF ORGANS USING BLOOD TESTS, please reply with your findings and professional knowledge as to how 1 in every 200 people could be killed by shutting down organs at any time consuming toxic iron.   I have asked for the help from Sandra Thomas and others to get the information OUT Nationwide since this problem may indeed exist in every State or every military facility let alone ships, submarines, cruise lines, hotels, motels, island get-a-way areas and the galvanized pipe must be removed and use of plastic hot and cold water lines replacing the sealed off galvanized lines attached to brass shutoff's and brass backflow assemblies outside.   I use a simple small magnet from Harbor Freight or Home Depot purchased in packages of 10 for about one dollar to give to clients or people so they can go under kitchen sinks and lavatories plus water fountains and outside to backflow assemblies to confirm GALVANIZED PIPE INCOMING AND OUTGOING with or without a dielectric union having rain and water negate the dielectric protection on piping outside.    Dielectric Unions ONLY WORK when covered or indoors protected from rain folks.   After working 8.5 years at Tampa General Hospital with the Hillsborough County Hospital Authority, I lost a 2 liter cold CODE in a bucket of ice with two chilled glasses to a Genius Medical Doctor Mason Trupp who bet me the faucet aerator and shower heads were full of BACTERIA.   Dr. Trupp knew the failure of Hospital Employees and HOME OWNERS not to decontaminate faucet aerator and shower heads with at least soaking in liquid chlorine bleach for 2 hour monthly could KILL with bacteria much like is in hospital rooms, motels, hotels, cruise lines as LEGIONELLA plus other bacteria form.  I personally use a 3 percent solution of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide made with 1 ounce of 35% with 11 ounces of Distilled Water to soak MY aerator and shower heads plus spray all over bacteria or fungi after that encounter with Dr. Trupp as use of Full Strength Liquid Chlorine Bleach is not advisable for SEPTIC TANK homes.    No CHALLENGES FROM SCHOOL, SCHOOL BOARD, CITY OR COUNTY OFFICIALS NOR OFFER TO BET A COLD DR.
