Remember that the houses in my location plus all over Hillsborough County, Florida have galvanized piping INSIDE to brass fittings and shutoffs creating toxic levels of IRON and no doubt the inspectors and officials allowed the installation of same THINKING there was no problem but NO ONE REALLY CHECKED INTO THE OBVIOUS TOXIC IRON AND FRACTURING PROBLEM WITH MILITARY OR OTHER GOVERNMENT ENTITIES AS I HAVE THE CORROSION WARNING DOCUMENTATION FROM THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS AND OTHERS STATING NOT TO CONNECT DISSIMILAR METALS OR GALVANIZED TO BRASS/COPPER OR ANY ITEM AND DIELECTRIC UNIONS WILL NOT WORK IN RAIN IF EXPOSED.
Wells with galvanized piping have items of BRASS like shutoff's and other items which create TOXIC IRON. The problem is the City of Tampa and County of Hillsborough elected or appointed Inspectors, Officials, Code Enforcement all were duped for years that attaching dissimilar metals in construction is allowed to save money for buildings coming up or repairs. FALSE KILLER ASSUMPTION which had no approval by Florida Building Codes, Florida Plumbing Codes and thus EVERY SUBDIVISION as well as every Commercial Building may have these same KILLER TOXIC IRON FACTORIES causing failure and flooding of structures KNOWN to occur once you mix dissimilar metals as the Galvanized Threads are super thin when rusting through. TIME BOMB allowed erroneously under color of law or authority by Inspectors and Officials perhaps ALL OVER THIS NATION !
The undeniable fact Toxic Iron may be 20-200 or 2,000 times the EPA AND DEP levels primary and secondary should have caused people Elected Officials or NOT, especially Licensed Contractors, General Contractors, Plans and Inspection personnel to verify and immediately respond with YES WE AGREE AND ARE SOLVING THE PROBLEM AS WE SPEAK !
All of those MILLIONS made by Erin and her firm no doubt require a Florida attorney and your neighbor John Morgan can bring her aboard making a few hundred MILLION and gathering the attention of the entire Nation for FOR THE PEOPLE will indeed be seen as the leader in championing this super CLASS ACTION which will take BILLIONS TO MAKE IT GOOD ! How many children and adults have already had organs shut down because of the TOXIC IRON fed to them daily ? Not ONE of those children or faculty at those schools deserved to have this TOXIC IRON not confirmed with Ruth and I willing to donate our expertise and help. OUR OWN HOME has been built since 1962 and the piping under sinks WAS GALVANIZED and we switched to drinking distilled water because of Ruth's reaction to her HEMOCHROMATOSIS and symptoms which popped up when she move in. I joined her in 1986 and we both ONLY drink and cook with distilled water.
No doubt Ruth DeLaMater Bundy and Ralph Charles Whitley, Sr. Will qualify as PLAINTIFF'S in the lawsuit since the City inspector really attempted to trash us with the Trailer Park owner stating WE were unaware of the Codes ALLOWING GALVANIZED TO BRASS which did not exist in Plumbing Codes. Had the backflow assembly had brass or copper piping incoming and outgoing I would not have taken a picture then notified the owner who called the City Inspector. It is tough having been a Plumber with a Hospital and State Certified since 1974 and those 38 years plus conversations with former EXPERTS IN THE PLUMBING FIELD convinced me to NEVER EVER PUT GALVANIZED TO BRASS OR OUTSIDE WITH A DEILECTRIC UNION UNLESS THE ENTIRE UNION WAS SEALED OR COVERED FROM THE RAIN.
The comments to the Annette Trailer Park owner PLUS damage to us personally and professionally should send a signal to the City and County alike. I applaud Robert McNeill for citing the PLUMBING CODE SECTION 605.24 WHICH PROVED THE INSPECTOR WAS WRONG AND GAVE ME AN INSIGHT INTO HOW THE HOUSE I LIVE IN HAD GALVANIZED TO BRASS FROM THE DATE OF CONSTRUCTION AS IT WOULD HAVE ALSO BEEN INSPECTED BY CITY OR CODE ENFORCEMENT WHO APPROVED THE KILLER NOT PROPER FOR CONSTRUCTION AS THEY ARE DISSIMILAR METALS.
Robert McNeill is the ONLY inspector to call and even attempt to tell this professional WHERE THE PROFESSIONAL IS WRONG. It failed to meet the legal standards and thus Board of County Commissioners for Hillsborough County, Flordia PLUS LEGAL EAGLES need to confirm County Ordinance 03-6 Appendix B is TOTALLY WRONG indicating galvanized pipe can be attached to brass OUTSIDE OR INSIDE thus all those years before and after the Ordinance means THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF HOMES AND BUSINESSES HAVE GALVANIZED PIPING ATTACHED TO BRASS BASED ON FALSE AND DANGEROUS INFORMATION PROVIDED BY SOMEONE WHICH IS KILLING MANY AS WE SPEAK GETTING READY TO SHUT DOWN ORGANS AND ALSO SENDING MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF TOXIC IRON INTO POTABLE WATER ON PRIVATE PROPERTY NOT FOUND IN THE PURVEYOR LINES ! THE DESTRUCTION FOR FUTURE FAILURE OF THESE CONNECTIONS IS UNBELIEVABLE AND WHO WILL STEP FORWARD AND START THE CORRECTIVE PROCESS BEFORE MORE BUILDINGS ARE DAMAGED AND PEOPLE DIE, ESPECIALLY IN SCHOOLS ! Some 400 schools have not been surveyed or potable water backflow assemblies verified there is no galvanized piping incoming or outgoing OR fixtures such as sinks, kitchen sinks and drinking fountains do not have galvanized piping attached to brass ??????

The Tampa U.S. Secret Service came to my home TWICE and was given $1.00 TOTAL COST samples of copper or brass rods 36 inches long plus shown how I found guns and vehicles underground and underwater in minutes while in law enforcement. 30 or 150 pound magnets from Harbor Freight would be trolled in water to find pistol and rifle weapons thrown in water. But what do I know ?
We found SUPER DANGEROUS BACTERIA in faucet aerator or shower heads plus on walls and floors that a 3% solution of 35% food grade Hydrogen Peroxide with a formula 1 ounce 35% to 11 ounces of Distilled water would kill. Very interesting stuff and I'm glad you followed up with my idea of contacting Erin. I read two of the "cases" below, one about the cluster of cancer patients in west palm beach and the other about a cluster of brain cancer patients in Missouri. How can anyone deny this stuff? It's as plain as day!
And, how can these people who are doing the offences go on doing them? No conscience at all!?
My next idea is preparing a "press release" for the media in general, forget about the local stuff, go for the national and international stuff, CNN, HLN, Fox News, etc. The media loves anything that is controversial, so make it controversial if you can.
And, you'll need to get a doctor on board, however, if you can get an attorney to be interested, they can provide the attorney. Which comes first, the carriage or the horse? Doctor or attorney? I think in this case, it will be the attorney.
Keep up the good work, it will pay off eventually!
