1. Responsible for sales of the Company's Underwritten Projects across Delhi NCR through:
a. Generating Leads, Contacting already generated Leads Follow up with them conduct effective meetings and close deals
2. Prepare sales reports / MIS
3. Prepare & execute presentations
4. Getting new listings
5. Should be Target Driven
6. Follow-up collections
7. Handle customer service/ queries / issues.
