Adjustments to figures

The chapter on vectors has some figures that need adjusting. (Maybe due to changes in TikZ code since they were written?)

In some cases it's a matter of fixing the scaling.

In Example 11.3.7: Using the dot product to find angles the angles aren't drawn correctly, so more careful attention is needed.

In an earlier discussion Alex mentioned that we'll soon be doing better placement of labels, so I will wait to find out more about that before trying to do anything.

That's weird. I wonder what the source of the problem in that particular figure is.
