The plan is still to post the record on the website in a format that
can be viewed by anyone who wants to look. I've collected everything I
could and have been trying to put it in a comprehensive format.
Someone else has requested that the minutes to the board meetings also
be posted, but I'm not even sure who has all of those records and I
don't think it would be fair to post only an incomplete record.
What I have so far....
The high school program has collected $10,621.08* YTD.
There is $3544.40 in outstanding debt by players yet to be collected
including players on payment plans and of course unpaid accounts.
Tournament fees were: $4735.00
Uniform/Equipment was: $3,230.27
The Y was paid $1,242.00 total for members usage for individuals who
were NOT already members beginning in Jan until June.
(*-a discount of 10% was given to any family who paid the entire
amount upfront which was $455 in revenue absorbed this does NOT
include any money donated or received from other parties and
represents only what was paid by members themselves)
