Clarification regarding survey

to Apex Volleyball Club
Apex VBC (LLC) has NOT sent out a survey requesting information from
its membership for this club's purposes.
The posting/mailing with the heading "YMCA volleyball" is in regards
to information being collected by the YMCA for a different program
other than Apex Volleyball Club but those that are members of this
group received a request asking them to fill out a survey with
information about a possible new program.
Previously Apex has held team practice and provided camps using the
YMCA facilities but it is apparent that the Y wishes to build their
own exclusive program separate from this club's.
We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
