This is to inform you that the At T5 gym attendant did not report for duty this morning. Despite communicating the issue via call and email, there has been no action taken from your end so far.

This lack of response is unacceptable and continues to disrupt facility operations and inconvenience residents.

Kindly address this matter immediately, ensure the attendant reports to duty without further delay, and arrange for a backup resource in the meantime. We also request you to provide an update on the actions taken at the earliest.

The gym attendant has taken emergency leave, so it is very difficult to manage things immediately. I will make sure this does not happen again next time.
