Dear Managing Committee,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concern regarding the current usage of our society’s swimming pool, particularly in the early morning hours. Recently, I’ve noticed that coaching sessions are being conducted quite early, which is impacting the fair and proper usage of the pool by residents. For instance, on Tuesday, 14-04-2026, there were as many as five coaches present at 7:30 am, even though in the past, coaching was only permitted after 8:00 am.
With summer vacations approaching, this situation is likely to worsen, making it difficult for residents to enjoy the pool during prime hours. I believe it is important to either limit coaching to specific hours or designate particular days for coaching sessions. Most societies follow similar guidelines, giving preference to residents during certain hours and ensuring that coaching activities do not interfere with their access.
I kindly request the committee to look into this matter and consider setting clear time slots or dedicated days for coaching, with priority given to residents’ usage of the pool. It would also be helpful if you could keep us updated on any actions or progress regarding this issue.
Thank you for your attention and support in maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment for all residents.
