Thank you for your reply. However these doesn't resolve the addressed issues.

The questions in hand are technical questions:
 - Why did 8-9 pm C2 slot was not available for booking/shown as booked during slot opening time on MyGate App during most of the days last week (4-8 May) and on 11-12 of May (Monday and Tuesday) this week? 
- Was a third part script (bot) used to interfere with MyGate app to block 8-9 pm C2 slot by any of the residents? For this I kindly ask comittee members who have admin right on MyGate to check the exact time of original booking of this particular slot on MyGate. If the time of the booking of the first resident who booked this slot within mentioned dates will show 9:00:00 pm or even 9:00:01 pm - then I find it difficult to believe that it is physically possible to achieve by human unless MyGate app was tempered with.

In addition I would like to note that after  I have shared my observation regarding strange activity around 8-9 pm C2 slot in Crescent Bay WhatsApp Badminton group - the pre booking of the slot has stopped and yesterday the slot was available for booking. 

I hope you will be able to answer the above questions. In case the bot/third party interference by any of the residents was indeed used for badminton slot booking, then it raises larger safety issues.

We have reviewed the badminton court register for the past one week and found that entries correspond to the respective booked time slots, and usage has been in line with the recorded schedule.
Strict instructions have been issued to the facility attendants to ensure that no resident uses the badminton court without a valid MyGate booking and only within the allotted time slot. Any deviation from the approved process will be taken seriously and will be escalated for necessary action.
We will continue to closely monitor both the register and MyGate booking system to ensure fair and transparent usage of the badminton court for all residents.

Dear Sports Committee Members,

I try to book badminton evening slots on daily basis. I am sure you all are familiar with the regular process of booking - slots are open for booking 2 days in advance at 9 pm, if one opens the preferred court at 9 pm sharp - all slots are shown in green colour (available for booking), then one has to select slot, agree with terms and conditions and press the "book now" button, the rest largely depends on luck and speed of internet and fast fingers, by my estimate this process may take anything between 3-10 seconds among those who book regularly. Once the booking of the slot is successful - the booked slot turns grey for other users.

Recently it has come to my attention that when I try to book a slot on Badminton Court 2 at 9 pm - all slots but one are available for booking, while the 8-9 PM slot constantly shows as booked/grey. The dates on which this has been noted are 5-8 May and 11-12 May. I understand that the speed is essential here - but no person can be this fast while booking amenity as this slot is shown as grey the moment I open the page. I spoke to other players and they have confirmed that they noticed the same. This slot is shared and used in the same group of players and it can be easily checked.

Although I am just a regular user, quick web search suggested that it is possible to use automated bots to book amenities (like gym or courts) on the Mygate app, often using scripts to automate the process, such as running a script at certain time to secure slots before others. However, such automation may violate the platform's terms of service and could be restricted by the management.

Considering all the above mentioned, I kindly request you to:

1. Check which resident was booking this particular 8-9 PM Slot on Badminton Court 2 at the time of slot opening on the mentioned dates.

2. Compare the booking time of this slot with the booking time of others users.

3. Check if there is any third party interference with MyGate App.

I hope that this request will be taken in right spirit as the purpose of this email is only to ensure the level playing field in this process.

Thanks for your reply. It doesn't clarify my concern at all. And obviously I understand that it is possible that the grey slot means that it was booked by another user. It's how it was booked I would like to find out.

Thus I do request you to carefully read and answer the same question:

At the outset, we would like to clarify that bookings on the MyGate platform are designed to be performed only by authenticated residents/users through manual interaction within the application. The system does not permit or support any automated or third-party bot-based bookings. Each booking is processed in real time based on availability and user action at the time of booking.

With respect to the specific slots mentioned by you, it is possible that the particular amenity slot was already booked by another resident at the exact moment the booking window opened, which is why it appeared as greyed out or unavailable.

Regarding your request for specific booking details, such as the identity of the resident and the exact timestamp of the booking, we would like to inform you that such information is accessible only to the society administrator, who holds the necessary authority to review booking logs and user-level details.

We also note your observation regarding the change in booking patterns after your communication in the WhatsApp group. However, booking availability may vary based on user demand and timing, and cannot be directly correlated without system-level verification.
