Dear Clubhouse Manager,
I hope you are well.
I would like to request that coaches and trainers be allowed access to the squash courts on weekends as well. Currently, the courts tend to be underutilised on Saturdays and Sundays, with limited occupancy and availability.
As working professionals, many of us are only able to find time to play and train on weekends. Allowing coaches during this time would greatly support residents in improving their skills and making better use of the facilities.
At present, due to this restriction, there is increased crowding on weekdays such as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, which makes it more difficult to get quality practice time.
Enabling coaching access on weekends would help distribute usage more evenly and enhance the overall experience for residents.
I would appreciate your consideration of this request and look forward to your response.
