I am writing to formally raise a grievance regarding the indoor climate control in
Tower 5's game room, especially in the area designated for T T
As a resident of Tower 3 (Apartment 2904), I regularly use this amenity alongside
a group of approximately 15 to 20 residents who play table tennis.
Over the past few months, we have experienced a severe drop in the
cooling capacity of the current air conditioning system.
The room consistently fails to reach a comfortable temperature, which has made playing there highly uncomfortable.
Additionally, we have identified a contributing mechanical issue:
The automatic door closer on the main entrance is faulty.
It closes too slowly and fails to seal completely.
As a result, hot air continuously gushes into the room whenever people enter or leave.
This not only forces us to pause our games to wait for the room to cool down—disrupting the rhythm of play—
But it also severely strains the AC unit and wastes electricity.
Given that this issue has persisted for several months, we kindly request that
your maintenance team address the following on a priority basis:

Servicing or upgrading the AC system in the Tower 5 game room to restore proper cooling capacity.

Repairing or replacing the automatic door closure to ensure it shuts quickly and completely.
