Approval to issue the Cheque to Mov Enterprises fpr TT Table from Universal account

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we received the approval for the Game Room TT in January, but the process has been on hold since then. We are now planning to purchase before March 28th, as the vendor has indicated that the price will increase after that date.

I kindly request your permission to issue a cheque in the name of MOV ENTERPRISES for the total amount of ₹2,12,051 from Universal, which includes GST. We need to submit this cheque to the State Bank of India. Once the cheque is processed, the amount will be credited to the vendor's account, allowing them to place the order.

Issuing cheque of Rs. 2,12,051 from Universal for purchase of Table tennis table. 

Punit, 

Can you make a cheque , scan and reply all on mail. Akash will collect it from you. Also Akash can we keep a separate voucher book for Universal expenses. Punit can make make the cheque and take your signature when submitting to you.
