We have been informed that your personal trainer, Mr. Swapnil, has used gym equipment which is not permitted for personal trainers as per society gym rules. It has also been reported that his interaction with our gym trainer was not conducted in an appropriate manner.

Since this is the first instance, no further action is being taken at this stage. However, you are requested to kindly ensure that he strictly adheres to all gym rules and maintains proper conduct while using the facility going forward.
