A new report that has made its way into the media is showing that much
of the devastating flooding that took place was the result of human
error. A similar hurricane hit New Orleans in the 60's and did only a
fraction of the damage incurred by Katrina... and this was without all
of the canals and flood control created by the Army Corp of Engineers.
What did they miss? What made the difference???
