MIssing Header

Hi,

Trying to compile one of the samples, I get an error about the missing
header:
PluginManager/PROAPIAccessing.h

Skimming through the archives I saw a reply suggesting to reinstall the
SDK, which I did. No dice.
No header is to be found in /Library/Frameworks/PluginManager.framework

Am I missing something?
