Aperture 3.1 - edit plug-in issue

It seems that with Aperture version 3.1, Plug-ins are prevented to load a framework that is within /Library/Frameworks.

So plug-ins that were launching fine with 3.0 do not load anymore!

Is there any reason for that. Are plug-ins now prevented to load any framework? is there a way around?
