As Quantity Surveyors we work with data. From rates, prices to final accounts we deal with data. It is important to study systematic approach of managing data including collection, analysis, using, circulation, protection & archiving or disposal of data.

With out communication the world may not survive. In our personal lives, professional activities communication has a prime importance. It is very important to understand how to communicate effectively and efficiently in the view of good out comes of workings. As commercial professionals negotiations are common and critical in our day to day activities. It will be very helpful to understand how to negotiate effectively with proper negotiation strategies & tools.

We mostly work in teams. Most of products are results of team works. It is essential to understand how to deal with team nature with an understanding of team performance, tem dynamics, team advantages and possible disadvantages.

About Client care

Client care is a mandatory competency in RICS APC Process. In  professional carrier we deal with various clients. From the Clients who invest on our projects to contractors are Clients depend on the services we render to them. It is important to understand the systematic approach  of Client care by identifying Client's requirements, having established procedures for complaint handling, money handling, Insurance, feed back methods etc. As responsible professionals it is very important to understand Client's needs and wants and make them satisfied in any professional business.
