We would like to invite you to participate following academic surveys.

Dear all,

I am a postgraduate student of the Heriot-watt University who is currently pursuing MSc in Quantity Surveying. I am doing a research on "Overview of Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation for data requirement & application areas of Facility Management (FM) practices in UAE" to fulfillment of the course.

I hereby conducting a research questionnaire in the UAE construction industry. The main purpose of this research questionnaire is to understand and evaluate the BIM integrated FM practice in the UAE construction industry through your feedback.

Consequently, please note that, for the purpose of this dissertation information provided by you will be confidential & will be used only for the purpose of this dissertation. Therefore, I hereby request you to spend few minutes of your valuable time to response for this questionnaire. I would be appreciated & share your experience on this research, if you could complete this research survey before 22nd of November 2015.

Dear Construction Professionals,

We have a research collaboration between Professor Mohammed Dulaimi and Dr. Thilini Jayawickrama in the British University in Dubai and Professor George Ofori  in National University of Singapore to develop “An Environmental Rating System for Infrastructure Projects in the United Arab Emirates”.

The study aims to identify the factors to be considered in assessing environmental performance of UAE infrastructure projects. A questionnaire survey is carried out to seek the expert opinion on the current environmental impacts of infrastructure projects in the UAE.

We are inviting you to participate in this study by completing the questionnaire via below link.

It will take approximately 25 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Responses will only be reported in aggregated form and the privacy of your responses will be guaranteed.

I am currently undertaking a research as a partial fulfillment of “MSc in Construction Project Management” at Heriot Watt University, Dubai Campus.  
The topic I have chosen is to ‘Integration of BIM into Traditional Procurement Route in UAE Construction Industry '. The primary aim of this research is to analyse the BIM integration in Traditional Procurement Route in UAE construction industry and to identify its impacts to the industry.
It would be grateful and appreciative if you could spend few minutes of your valuable time to answer the questionnaires.
