help needed for - Tree Plantation at Premalayam School Surroundings - last week of Sept.

Dear Mr. Raghuveer,

 

         Premaalayam is planning to go for plantation drive at one of the adopted schools by us at Jagadgirigutta. We would nominate care takers students and involve community to protect the saplings. We are planning the event in the last week of September with 300 Saplings.

 

         We need help in acquiring Saplings and Treeguards. Any member group in the APEC can join us or support with the Treeguards in this event.

 

About the School: This school is adopted 7 years back and is in A  grade since then. It should first in the Mandal. teachers and Students are dynamic and contribute to good initiatives taken up by Premalayam. Earlier we have constructed Rain Water Harvest Pit in another school adopted by us at Anjayya nagar slum, opp Botanical gardens.

Good to hear of the initiatives. we will certainly provide the seedlings. If there is a compound wall we may not need tree guards.

If it is roadside plantation and in case you do not get any sponsors for the tree guards, you may go for local brushwood fencing

An excellent project, but would more of you consider using a spell checker and make sure the whole thing looks correct? All of these tools can be found on Microsoft Word.

This way you'll get more people wanting to help and be interested in your tasks.

Tell me how much the tree guards are? Better still, get some sheets of  corrugated plastic , cut them longways and then bind them with hemp etc making sure once the sapling is planted that your plastic comes at least 6 inches above last leaf!

The attempt here is to "Communicate effectively " on the group ..please appreciate the group is not rating its contributors on the typing skills ..as not many are typists at all !!
Focus on the message and Filter out the trivial non essentials ..the human braib is smart enough to figure out the correct spelling ..as it needs only the first adn last letters to fit in !!
for many may have noted i always spell and as adn  ..not due to me not knowing the correct spelling of and ..

The person concerned in this made some very insulting remarks about groups of people worldwide and his attiude that we are all just wasting our time and are do-gooders etc. His remarks have been complained about by 4 people and I did not expect him to insult and belittle peopls work in making my 2 grandsons environment safer fot the next 50 years.

If this is the kind of pwrson that you are supporting then it's perhaps best that we don't have a dialogue and then you and he and maybe others can denegrate who you wish to.

But it won't be on my message board or on anything connected with the M.C.S or International PBF Day on Sept 12th.
