[ToDo 16July] Virtual Poster Session & RAC involvement

Hi RAC!

 

The VPS working group will involve the rest of the RAC, the DCs, by having you select poster and chair a call on your research fields. We hope for your interest to advertise your research field wider and gather more people for the list server :). We drafted a schedule and need your feedback on availability, topics, times and dates.

 

Please check where your name is included, and if not, add your name to a fitting spot as either co-chair or make an additional suggestion what you would rather prefer to chair.

Feedback is needed till the 16^th of July (I will be away from email then for 3 weeks min).

Thanks to all that responded already. However, I urge you to look in the list (new version attached!) if you can make the month your name is included. This schedule will be posted on the webpage soon; then it will be hard to make changes afterwards. We look forward to your input. And please send responses to Loic, Pablo and Alexey (or the whole group).

 

I am already, but will be in completely remote field conditions (without internet) then the next 4 weeks.

I am really excited to see all your responses to the list server setup. Please provide Jenny Baeseman with the information she needs to set it up properly, which includes:

1) The name of your mailing list (eg. APECS Marine Research)

2) The email address you would like to have (eg. mar...@apecs.is)

3) A short (~3 sentences) description about the list and what you will use it
