I want to tell you that the next RAC call will be at 20:00 GMT, March 16.

We plan use Adobe Connect System.

Hi Ivan,

I have set up the call on Adobe Connect and have added you as a host.
You will receive an email (username: Sudakov, and password: apecs1) and will be asked to change your password.
When you connect to the call, please use your own username and password to login as otherwise you will only have guest rights.
Hope this makes sense.

This is the URL you will want to send out to the RAC participants in the call.

Thanks Ivan for organizing the call.

I will be able to make it and I hope a few others too.

 

Suggestions from me for the agenda include:

-          Update from members

-          RAC projects (e.g. update working groups, other)

-          RAC chair elections (Loic and me were elected about a year ago, and as all other elections within APECS are for 1 year, we should discuss how to handle RAC chairs positions I think)

 

Really looking forward to talk to you guys again in 2 days!

Hey all,

 

The agenda looks ok, but the 4th point ‚RAC chair elections’: There is no possibility to vote directly – as we have no system yet to do so; the idea is to discuss how to approach the RAC chair voting and when etc.

We need your input here.
