Virtual Poster Session

Hello RAC people.

You have probably seen Pablo's email about the first Virtual Poster Session call (if not, see below). It would be great if some of you could attend the call. So far we have 9 persons (plus the virtual poster group and the two speakers).

If you want to join, please send an email to Pablo ( pawa...@ucalgary.ca). He will send you the instruction to join the call.

We are very excited to inform you that APECS will conduct its first Virtual
Poster Session this coming Thursday February 4th at 21:00 GMT.

You are welcome to participate in the call and be part of this first
worldwide initiative where some of the posters published in the APECS
website will be presented and discussed.

The session will be conducted through a call meeting system that uses Adobe
Acrobat Connect software, host by the University of Canterbury. We have only
30 available spaces in our virtual meeting room, so if you want to
participate, please send an email to Pablo Wainstein (pawa...@ucalgary.ca).
The first 30 people to answer will be contacted with instructions of how to
proceed.
