Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements analysis, maintain requirement repositories, and ensure the solution meets the requirements as the subject matter expert through implementation
- Conduct requirement review sessions in order to validate requirements with project stakeholders
- Ensure that analysis artifacts follow established standards and processes
- Review and approve high-level designs, functional specifications, user interface designs, and test cases
- Provide implementation support by attending defect and UAT meetings and participating in pilot/launch activities
- Ensure and develop best practices and procedures to improve quality of deliverables and efficiency
- Identify issues and risks, and handle and communicate them in a manner that mitigates risk to quality, timeline, and scope
- Monitor quality of deliverables and / or process changes for improvements
- May oversee multiple Business Analysts to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive set of requirements across functional areas
