Job Description
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
- Should have at least 1 - 4 years of experience working with staffing and recruitment industry
- I deal Candidate must have prior experience of at least 1 Year in Recruitment for Clients in UK & EU Region
- Identifying and recruiting potential candidates for various positions and skill sets, specifically researching markets to find viable candidates.
- Must be in Proficient in Sourcing , Networking and Head Hunting resources through portals and Potential Social Media sources
- Managing on-site interview process, including but not limited to designing interview questions and selection metrics for assigned openings.
