Hello guys, hope everyone is well and staying safe. I'm studying for my CCNA and in my lab I have a 1921 router with a EHWIC-4ESG installed, which provides gig speed. I'm paying for 1Gbps to my ISP so would take advantage of that and if I connect any device directly to the modem, I get that speed. But when I connect those same devices to the gig switchports on the 1921, at max, I'll get 250Mbps. Here's what I've tried to far:

Well, for example, I also have two Catalyst 3750s, which I don't use much, only for experimental stuff so I leave them off unless I want to mess around and they are pretty loud compared to the 1921. I can still hear the 1921s fan but its not unbearable. This whole set up is in my bedroom, so Im trying to keep it the sound at a minimum.
you probably are not getting all throughput due the that particular model not supporting at all, i do recall those router would required a extra license to bump up the total traffic aggregate, but i beleive it only starts with the 4k routers.
so if you don't want to replace that, probably you can call your ISP to drop the speed and cache in some money :), after a few months you can replace that old router with something high grade. Also check your ssh sessions on your router, you might have some pending consuming resources and dropping some performance when comes to forward traffic.

Enumerators visited 233 census districts, divided into multiple enumeration units. These units were made up of cities, towns, groups of townships, Indian reserves, and other less well-defined areas. In unorganized regions, First Nation reserves and the Northwest Territories, special agents (including missionaries, employees of fur trading companies and of the Department of Indian Affairs and members of the Royal North West Mounted Police) acted as enumerators.
In 1955, the Dominion Bureau of Statistics was authorized by the Public Records Committee to microfilm and destroy the original paper records of the 1921 Census. As a result, only a microfilm copy of the 1921 census exists as an archival holding. The microfilming of these records was not of consistent quality and not all images are readable.

The search screen enables you to search by name of person or by place. The 1921 Census was enumerated by census districts and sub-districts, and the records were compiled accordingly. Therefore, knowledge of the districts and sub-districts is of value in locating either an individual or a geographic location.

The movement toward a budget system in which the executive branch had greater control over federal spending had been building for years. It had its roots in the progressivism of the early 20th century. Progressive reformers sought to rationalize government through the elimination of corruptible interests and political machines. To stem the power of the political machines and challenge government corruption, especially on the municipal level, reformers placed more trust and authority in executive and administrative institutions. Reforming the budget process was given great attention, including the Commission on Economy and Efficiency under President William Howard Taft, during 1910-12.
