[apbs-users] APBS on GPU?

Hi everyone,

Has there been any progress on a version of APBS that utilizes GPUs? There was some talk of GPU work being done a few years ago [1,2] but I have not read anything recently.

Hi Keith --

We postponed the GPU port in favor of a refactoring of the code and conversion to C. The FORTRAN to C conversion is now complete so we should be able to start thinking about GPUs and other multithreaded architectures again soon.
