The history and contextual aspect of emerging Dependence Theory of Underdevelopment (DTU) was very much useful for us. The importance of this theory was and still existing in a wider scenario.

Avoiding the external support through increasing wise use of internal resources with a national commitment could reduce the dependency responded by you in raised in a number of questions. You cited many current examples that Nepal can reduce the dependency in a number of cases.

Response on the following questions and more were very prompt and useful to all of us.

  • Should  not so called developed country respect the human rights of the so called third world or delayed development country?
  •  If US has to respect right to life of the innocent people of so called third world country then  should not US pay the compensation to the victim of  US attack?
  • Who gave right to G. Bush  for extra Judicial killings of the innocent people of Iraq, Afghanistan and recently over Pakistan in the name of searching so called terrorist?
  • How can US pronounce to attack over the innocent people of  so called third world and give verdict like from the chair of the World Supreme Court ?
  •  Does not a so called developed first world  country respect  others human rights, culture, religion,  resources?
  • Should not US sign and ratify the Kyoto Protocol and emitting worlds 26% GHGs using CFCs and other highly luxurious products which are responsible for climate change as a result deplete the Ozone layer ?
  • What will be the fate of the people and Maldives like other countries by 2020 when US ignoring continuously for the protection, promotion and conservation of the nature and natural resources showing it's hegemony as a first country in the world?
  • Is not so called first world country responsible for inviting  catastrophe in so called third world without having a proper management of the natural resources as a result there will be imbalance in the ecosystem?
  • Are not the poorest of the poor people of the third world bound to  suffer from the earth quake like in China right before Olympic in Beijing, Retina, Norgis Cyclone, Tsunami and  Ahmadabad earthquake as a result of exploitation of the natural resources and over consumption of the CFCs products by so called developed countries ?
  • Does not every person has a right to live against extra judicial killings and turned the national territory as a graveyard and desert ?
  • Should not be immediately stopped troubling people and the natural resources and pollute environment through over extracting it's and other resources hook by crook of the third world countries in the name of supporting development aid?
  •  Should not have the right to live in a clean and healthy environment by the poorest of the poor maintaining the balance in  ecosystem and  protecting it's biodiversity ?
  • Why notorious game has been playing  with  gun and bombing by Bush government as a result the world became polluted while triggered at Torabora, Afghanistan, Iraq and recently in Pakistan?
  • Is not so called first man responsible for the irreparable loss of the lives of living being and the loss of the natural beauty and turned to the dessert?
  • Will  Obama  respect the human rights of the people of  so called third world  countries ?
  • Can US use its national security forces in others territory in its so-called allies?
  •  What could be the alternatives to the dependency in a global, national perspective in respect to the  world system approach?
  • Can we expect the  welfare and better environment of the world in Obama's allies?
  • Will Obama respect minimum basic principles to right to life of the living being and non-living things of the world with protecting, promoting and conserving world's natural resources and using existing biological resources for the best interest of the present generation  in a sustainable way keeping in mind the resources should remain even for future generation?
