These all look reasonable to me. The only thing you might consider is
removing ExecCGI where possible, particulary htdocs. It's unlikely to be
related to the shutdowns, but it can be a security issue.

Point well taken, and thanks for mentioning that on a public forum...
:-) I guess I'll do that *now*, before I break for dinner...

There was a reason for it at the time, but I think I've since
consolidated those things to other, safer, directories.

Oops, sorry. It's really only a problem if you have executables stored in
document tree. This happens more often by accident than by intention.

I should have battened down those hatches a long time ago, just in case
