Minimally tested - in fact - I'm getting a strange error from mysql
server so I can't really test either of them - I probably need a reboot,
but I'm time poor this evening.
I also forgot to enable debug symbols, so these are release builds :)

8.1.13 works well here with Wordpress, phpMyAdmin and Filegator. 8.2.0 also works, but Wordpress complains about no image magick - any chance you could create an imagick.dll that works with 8.2?
