Role Designation - Technical Architect

Client: Charter

Location: Remote in EST working

 

 

In the role of Technology Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

 

Qualifications

 

•  Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

•  At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Jersey City, NJ / New York, NY or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.

 

 

Required:

 

• 5-8 Years’ experience programming in .NET(C#, MVC framework)

• Strong Experience in Builing Scalable and Reliable WebServices using ASP.NET Web API

• Knowledge of SQL Query skills

• Participate in architectural meetings with clients and analyze all technical requirements for .NET applications.

• Monitor application architecture and ensure appropriate implementation of all solutions.

• Proactively identify technology solution alternatives in line with specific client objectives / challenges / context.

• Evaluate using architecture frameworks, principles, models, design patterns and standards to provide recommendations to the team on solution architecture and implementation approach

• Reviewing and debugging .NET applications

• Anchor POC development if required to validate proposed technical solution/ mitigate technical risk

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Mentoring/providing support to the team members

• Strong experience in continuous integration

 

                                          

Preferred:

• 5-8 years of experience in related field Application Development

• Ecommerce application Development Experience

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills
