Role: Active Batch Administrator

JD:

We are seeking an Active Batch Administrator. In the role, he/she will collaborate with key customers to apply technical proficiency across different stages of the migration of workflow automation from TIDAL to Active Batch and follow the migration cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality work you're doing for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to transition, migration, implementation and warranty support; you will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:

• The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Stamford CT or Groton CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in workload automation using Active Batch tool.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.A.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to be a part of a diverse team/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• At least 3-4 years of practical work experience on Job Scheduling using Active Batch tool.
• Experience in testing and testing practices.
• Experience in migration from Tidal to Active Batch is a plus.
• Knowledge on Tidal tool will be desirable.

·         Knowledge in Datawarehouse/ ETL process / SQL / SSIS tool / workflow management.

·         Experience to engage with multiple stakeholders to extract the requirement and formulate the plan for migration.

·         Analytical skills to identify root cause and come up with alternatives solutions.

• Working in an agile environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
