Main Idea: Teachers should be payed by how well they teach, not be payed the same all together. It should be based on there performance.

I agree that teachers should be payed on there performance rather than all teachers get the same pay. I believe this because it would encourage teachers to really try to help the students learn and give them a better education. I think this would help help to keep the teachers focused better on teaching the students. Having an inspection at schools and only giving a 24 hour notice is also a good idea because it helps people to really see what goes on at a school. If you are notified long before about an inspection, it gives teachers and the school an opportunity to make changes. By just giving notice a day earlier, doesn't give much time at all. I believe that Michael Goves reform to education is a good way to keep schools in line, and at there best.
