Do we have names of the trainers, speakers, directors, assistants to whom we are taking gifts? i could not find any training schedules. shreejesh-jee, any idea so that we can put down the name as well to whom we are presenting our gifts.

my suggestions for AOTS nepal and FNCCI, we will bring gifts from japan and present on thanks giving program after we return back.

what if we organize "pre-departure gathering" with agenda "things not to miss". if yes propose when and where (day date, time and venue).
