How do we post files to share on this group?

Hi - Can anyone tell me how to post files on this group?  I don't see anything when I go to the webpage.  I'd like us to be posting files and photos to share on this group.

I have worked with Google docs before, and know how to post, but (my apology!) don't know what webpage you are talking about.

If you go to the top right ofthe google group page, you will maybe see
SIGN IN. Sign in. Then you will see your gmail address and a little
gear like thing, called options if you touch it. See it this gets you
to a place you can put documents.

I think I had a Google Wiki, which is a bit different. Is not this
site going to be shut down in September. I thought we were creating
another way to stay in contact.
Suggestion: a personal picture would help, so we know who we are
talking to. Would help me!

Hi Charlene - The gear thing just allows you to change your own options, but doesn't help with the page itself.  I think what is missing is a link for posting files on the right side of the page where "Discussions" and "Members" is located.  The person who set this up (Julie?) will need to change this so we can post files and photos. The last group I was in (for 3 years) was a Yahoo group and the page was very easy to set up and use.

Hello all,

I just returned from a lovely (and much needed) 2 week vacation and now I am just about ready to delve into 1st Grade.

As for posting files and pictures on our google group, I've been researching the problem for the last hour and am no closer to a solution!  It seems it can be done but I have no clear picture as to how to do it.  If anyone out there is slightly more internet savvy than I, I would love your help on this.  Until then, if you want to send a file or picture out to the group, you can reply directly to the group through your email (I am doing that right now) rather than the google groups page and just attach the file like you normally would on an email.
