Propose: translate "library" to "程式庫"

Hi all,

剛剛在編輯 TermTable 時，加了 static library 與 shared library 兩個詞條。在 wiki
上，我將它們譯做「靜態程式庫」和「共享程式庫」，但是這與 library 在 TermTable 上的譯法 (函式庫) 不一致。

傳統上，library 一般翻作「函式庫」，不過後來有了物件導向，類別 (class) 也會放在函式庫裡...

儘管目前我在進行翻譯時，仍然採用較常見的「函式庫」譯法，但想徵求大家的意見，統一改譯為「程式庫」如何？因為，竊以為「程式庫」的譯法較通用些。

Any comment?

One is arguably more commonly known, and the other is obviously more generic literally.

I can't seem to make up my mind at the moment.
