Hi all,



Please find attached registration form to be completed by all applicants and returned by all those who wish to attend the Information Meeting titled



 "Not for Human Consumption"

(Illegal 'Head Shop' Highs & Their Risks)



Because of the amount of interest in this information meeting places may be limited to the numbers that are allowed attend from each project.  Those applicants who have already mailed me looking for places need to fill out the registration forms and return asap to secure a place.
