Government interference in the decision making of independent community organisations has increased sharply over the course of the crisis.  Recent examples are efforts to impose public sector pay cuts on community sector employers and to restrict access to independent HR advice.  Eithne Reid O’Doherty will highlight when such  government intervention amounts to a breach of contract.  This is a crucial issue for community employers .  This session will enable us to start to develop a collective response.

The Presentation will follow on from the Community Sector Employer Forum AGM which starts with registration at 9.30 a.m. (agenda attached).
