Here's some information which we hope will help fans with their travel in Athens.

The taxi rank is outside Exit 3 the terminal exit.
The fare is €35 to the city centre, however travelling between midnight and 5am will cost a bit more at €49.
You're advised to agree the fare with the driver and make sure that the meter is switched on at the start of the journey.
You can also travel between the airport and city centre using the bus, train or Metro.
The Metro leaves every 30 minutes and takes around 40 minutes on Line 3 (Blue) to downtown (Syntagma).
From the Airport, a one-way ticket costs €8, it's €14 for two people and a Return ticket is also €14. Children under 6 years go free.
Take care on public transport as pick pockets operate.
