By now, most Lead Bookers should have received an email from
in...@entradas.rfef.es. This email contains instructions to download the RFEF Tickets app either for android or apple. It also includes a temporary password.
If you have not received this and have checked your spam/junk, email
tic...@irishfa.com only if you haven't already done so. Amalgamation Clubs will have received an email from our Ticket Secretary and should direct their queries to him.
The IFA is aware that some people are still waiting.

The Spanish use exactly the same system as the Scots, so if you managed tickets for the Scotland friendly, you should be familiar with how it works. The only difference is the language barrier.
Access to tickets for the Spain game is through the RFEF ticket app. Lead Bookers should forward the details of this app to everyone they have got tickets for.
The system is very similar to the one we use on the Ticketmaster Account Manager, but there are some important differences that you need to note.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲
1. The lead booker gets all the tickets in their account (RFEF ticket app under Mis Entradas), and they transfer them individually to each person who bought a ticket (see instructions at the bottom of this email). In this instance, each ticket has the recipients name on it, so make sure you send the correct ticket to the correct person.
2. The people in your group must also have the RFEF ticket app so that they can put the ticket in the app to enable it to 'go live' on match day.
This needs to be set up with the email address you are sending the ticket to. They can't register themselves on the app until you have sent them a ticket.
3. The recipient receives a notification to say they have been sent a ticket, and the lead booker receives a notification once the ticket has been accepted. You can check the status of the ticket transfer in the app (Envios Pendientes)
4. The app keeps a record of the ticket/seat that you have allocated to someone and the email used.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁
1. The ticket does not become live until closer to the match. When they are live, you generate a QR in the app. You need an internet/wifi connection to allow the ticket to get the QR code.
2. Screen shots do not work. You must have your phone charged and the app open at the stadium. You can't send the tickets to a google/apple wallet. You can't print off your tickets.
3. Only lead bookers can transfer tickets. The person you transfer the ticket to can only transfer it back to the lead booker. Tickets can only be transferred one at a time. Don't send a ticket to someone who doesn't have smartphone access or who is not actually attending the game.
𝟰. 𝗔 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 RFEF 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲. 5. When a lead booker transfers a ticket, the recipient has 24 hours to accept the transfer. If they don't accept within that time, the transfer is cancelled, and the tickets are sent back to the lead booker.
At this stage, you can transfer them again, but make sure you are sending them to the correct email address that the recipient has set up on their RFEF ticket app.
There are a couple of aspects of this ticketing system that can be opened or closed by the Spanish, and the IFA are still waiting for a response from them to let them know what they are and also to provide instructions in English.
